Ordering Information

Thank you for shopping with us and thank you for supporting Five Times August! For your convenience, this store has been constructed to be as easy, and secure as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind when order:

GENERAL INFO:
- Orders are shipped out once a week, every Friday or Saturday. It takes approximately 4-5 days for delivery (from date of shipment) in the United States, and anywhere from a week to a month delivery outside the U.S. (depending on your location).

- If you have a question about your order, please feel free to e-mail brad@fivetimesaugust.com with any inquiries. Please avoid writing to ask when your order will arrive, especially right after you have placed the order. I get a lot of e-mails not only with store inquiries, but regular fan e-mail as well. Please consider it may take me a few days to respond.

IMPORTANT - paypal payments through the store are sent to fivetimesaugust@fivetimesaugust.com - please DO NOT e-mail this address with questions about orders as it only exists to accept shop orders! I do not check this e-mail for messages!

USING THE STORE:

GUITAR TABLATURE PURCHASES:
- Some of the more popular Five Times August songs are available for guitar enthusiasts. The guitar tabs are provided in digital format as PDF (Adobe Reader) files. The files will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it for free by clicking here.

AUTOGRAPH REQUESTS:
- If you would like your merchandise autographed we can make this happen. Simply e-mail brad@fivetimesaugust.com with your transaction # and who you would like the autograph to be made out to.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY:
- If you have recieved a faulty, broken, or wrong item please notify brad@fivetimesaugust.com about the problem.
